1. Parking on demand

If you need parking and don't see any space in the parking pool, you can simply request it. Use the app to ask the owners / colleagues whose space is not in the pool but is not occupied at the moment to share the parking lot. They get a notification on their phone in real time and with one tap they know how to release the space for your usage. This is an important feature because it actively encourages engagement, sharing and keeps the pool active.

2. Streamlining management and sharing

The system initiates communication with the owner of the space as soon as they leave the slot and allows them to release the slot to the parking pool with one click and thus make it available for someone else. Typical "schedulers" don’t allow this, because one has to go to their calendar and proactively make the spot available manually. No one has the time for that and therefore the pool is not created.

With our system, these things happen automatically, and the actor just needs to be reactive, not proactive. This means one can enable automatic short-term renting of their slot with little to no action required.

3. Enforcement of rules thanks to statistics per each spot

Our solution opens the possibility of enforcing parking rights and keeping things in order in the parking lot/garage. If a user does not respect the rules, we know it and can penalise them.

4. Sharing between companies

Thanks to monitoring and statistics for each parking space, we allow sharing not only within a company but also between companies. If a company needs more space on a given day, it can use the unused spaces of the other company that has decided to share them. There are no issues with billing though, as we can provide aggregated billing for each company.

5. Peer to peer exchange or renting of parking slots

Big projects often come with a social media group of neighbours trying to switch the parking amongst themselves for their visitors or just because they need a short-term extra slot for moving furniture. Make it easier for them & earn a small commission on these transactions without any extra costs.
